To start a career in the challenging and competitive field of game development, a passion for gaming is just the beginning. Successful game developers also have in-depth knowledge of the game development industry, as well as a proven ability to collaborate, solve problems, and exhibit professionalism at all times. That’s why TFA’s Game + Interactive Media department is designed to reflect a real-world game studio environment. We break down the walls between the classroom and the professional world in order to teach our students exactly what it takes to bring a game from concept to consumer.
At TFA, Game + Interactive Media students have several dedicated lab spaces in which to study, play, and create games. These game labs are equipped with the industry-standard hardware and software, plus dual-screen projectors, white boards, surround sound, and plenty of space to join forces and conquer projects together.
